Ingredients: citrulline malate, beta-alanine, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (A-AKG), betaine anhydrous, taurine, stabiliser (glyceryl monostearate), anti-caking agent (E551), acidity regulator (E500(ii)), flavourings⁸, choline bitartrate, flavourings^6,7,11, L-tyrosine, flavourings^1,2,3,4,5,9, flavouring¹⁰, glucuronolactone, niacin (nicotinic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), salt, red beet juice concentrate^{1,2,4,5,6,9,10,11}, black carrot concentrate6, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, steviol glycosides from Stevia), colour/s [(E160a)^3,4,5,7,8, (E104)³, (E132)¹¹]. E104: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (17,5 g) with 300-350 ml of water. Drink 1 portion daily 30-45 minutes before workout.
